AFS counsels individuals and families in need regardless of their financial circumstances but also offers in home counseling for those that cannot come into the office. CABF, the Child and Adolescent Bipolar Foundation
CABF, the Child and Adolescent Bipolar Foundation is a nonprofit organization that offers a web-based support and education program at www.bpkids.org. Programs include moderated message boards and online support groups, an online state by state directory of resources, a family response team, “Ask the Expert” monthly online chats and a website replete with articles and research.

COPE Services - The Ozaukee County Hotline
COPE Services is the 24-hour Ozaukee County Hotline, providing emotional support, crisis intervention and information and referral services to Ozaukee County and the Greater Milwaukee area. The Crisis Resource Center
The Crisis Resource Center is a recovery-oriented environment in which individuals who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis can receive assistance. The center is staffed with seasoned professionals, including Peer Support Specialists, who are able to provide assessment, referral, coordination and support to achieve short-term stabilization. Individuals served by the Crisis Resource Center must be 18 years of age or older, voluntary, and a Milwaukee County resident.
Faith in Recovery
Faith in Recovery is a 501 (c) 3 organization of people and family members dealing with mental illness which helps faith communities set up support groups and educational programs. The Grand Avenue Club

Jewish Family Services
The mission of Jewish Family Services is to provide supportive services that will strengthen families, children and individuals throughout the life cycle within the context of their unique needs and traditions. Our multidisciplinary team of social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists offer results-oriented therapy and problem-solving skills to those struggling with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division
The Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division provides care and treatment to developmentally, emotionally and mentally ill adults, children and adolescents through both County operated programs and contracts with community agencies. Services include intensive short-term treatment through their crisis services and inpatient services. Long term impatient care is available through the Division's nursing home programs. The Division provides a full array of supportive community services for persons with serious mental illness and alcohol and other drug abuse services to the community.

ProHealth Care’s Behavioral Medicine Center
ProHealth Care’s Behavioral Medicine Center provides all-encompassing mental health, alcohol and drug treatment services. The Center serves patients from throughout Southeast and Central Wisconsin at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, as well as five outpatient therapy sites. The staff includes some of the area’s foremost psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists and clinical nurses offering the most advanced treatment options available. The Safe Community Coalition of Madison and Dane County
The Safe Community Coalition of Madison and Dane County (SCC) is a non-profit organization that works to prevent injuries and reduce injury related costs. In recognition of the power and economies of collaboration, the Coalition is a vehicle for representatives from a wide range of organizations to share information and join forces to prevent injury. SCC in partnership with HOPES has organized a Suicide Prevention workgroup that includes members of HOPES, staff from the Mental Health Center of Dane County, Public Health Madison and Dane County, WI-DHFS Bureau of Mental Health, Mental Health Associates, Madison Metropolitan School District, members of Dane County Medical Society and Safe Community Coalition staff as project coordinator.
